Maintenance Supervisor

DIRECT HIRE - MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR - 1st and 2nd SHIFT AVAILABLE



Responsibilities

- Maintenance supervisor will oversee a team of 6-10 maintenance technicians on the floor

- Should be doing more leading, less hands on maintenance - THIS IS A UNION SO THEY CANNOT DO HANDS ON MAINTENANCE - IT'S MORE ABOUT LEADING

- Required to be organized including data entry and collection on machine repairs, parts, orders, PM schedules, etc

- Must be able to work 5-10's, and a potential Saturday every other weekend (could include Sundays if production starts working them)

- Sundays are always a preventative maintenance day if required

- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting background is required for all supervisors, as they want them to understand, guide and lead the techs to fixes (not always just doing them)

- Will have tasks delegated to them from the manager to help grow experience in the role

- Work directly with engineering techs, maintenance, management, production and supervision to ensure machine uptime is kept

- Hydraulics, robotics, mechanical, electrical and PLC's are some of the things they will oversee daily maintenance

This is a Permanent position based out of North Baltimore, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $63000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
