Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The role involves overseeing the setup and format changes of machines, with a focus on HMI and pneumatics.
Responsibilities
Adjust regulators and valves to maintain optimal machine functionality.Replace pneumatic components such as cylinders, fittings, and solenoid valves.Conduct preventive maintenance, ensuring all equipment is operating smoothly.Adjust belts, bearings, and ensure proper lubrication of machines.Read and interpret blueprints to guide maintenance activities.Implement LOTO (Lock-out Tag-out) procedures to ensure safety during maintenance.Essential Skills
Strong mechanical skills with a focus on pneumatics.Experience in adjusting pneumatic components and regulators.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.Solid understanding of LOTO (Lock-out Tag-out) safety procedures.Additional Skills & Qualifications
