Maintenance Supervisor
Our client, a leading organization in the food processing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Maintenance Supervisor **Location: Memphis, TN** **Pay Range:** Up to $93,000 annually **What's the Job?** + Lead and oversee daily maintenance activities across multiple shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and cost objectives are achieved. + Supervise maintenance personnel, processes, and equipment to maintain optimal plant performance. + Coordinate preventive, predictive, corrective, and autonomous maintenance efforts. + Plan and schedule maintenance tasks, allocate resources, and monitor key performance indicators such as equipment uptime and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). + Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including HACCP, GMP, FDA/USDA standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. **What's Needed?** + Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred. + 5–10 years of maintenance experience in the food industry, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role. + Strong technical background with experience in IQF and frozen food processing, packaging, and warehousing equipment. + Proficiency with CMMS software (e.g., SAP, Maximo) and knowledge of lean manufacturing principles. + Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to lead a dynamic maintenance team in a reputable organization. + Competitive salary aligned with your experience and skills. + Chance to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence. + Work in a collaborative environment that values safety and innovation. + Be part of a company committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
