Maintenance Supervisor
**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor** Job Description As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will initiate, implement, and manage the plant maintenance program based on industry best practices. This role emphasizes planning, scheduling, and preventive/predictive maintenance to maintain and repair plant equipment efficiently. Responsibilities + Initiate, implement, and manage the plant maintenance program focusing on best practices in planning and preventive/predictive maintenance. + Monitor inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment, initiating reordering as necessary. + Prepare reports, analyze data, and make recommendations to improve plant operations and reduce operating costs. + Maintain and update operating and training manuals for the maintenance department, ensuring all maintenance workers are trained on the latest procedures. + Ensure compliance with city, county, state, and federal regulations related to the maintenance department. + Direct and enforce the safety program for the maintenance department, reviewing safety records to maintain maximum safety standards. + Maintain safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
