**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor**
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain 5S on workstations, support production lines, and actively participate in the Health & Safety program deployment. You will execute preventive and predictive maintenance routines and lead Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities. The role involves installing and programming new cranes, CNC, press brake, laser cutting, and punch press equipment for metal sheet fabrication. You will also develop and implement maintenance programs for new equipment installations and start-ups, working closely with Maintenance Technicians to enhance machine reliability.
Responsibilities
+ Diagnose equipment breakdowns and action repairs, ensuring labor direction and planned engineering activities fully support operations.
+ Troubleshoot and make machine adjustments to ensure dimensional compliance of parts.
+ Maintain production rate numbers and perform machine changeovers.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to determine equipment specifications.
+ Leverage equipment diagnostic systems to monitor machine performance with plans for improvements.
+ Contact vendors for remote assistance, quoting, and control of spare parts.
+ Coordinate facilities activities.
+ Other responsibilities as needed.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
+ Strong experience in Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO).
+ Experience with electric controls.
+ Proficiency with CMMS.
+ Excellent customer service skills.
+ Continuous improvement attitude.
+ Curious learner with a proactive approach.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ideally, CMECP Certification.
+ Experience in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
+ Ability to oversee and manage all aspects of a production floor, including staff, scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance.

Work Environment
The role requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch as required, and climb a portable ladder. Use of Personal Protection Equipment is mandatory. Candidates should have good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and operates with a focus on safety and efficiency.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
