Maintenance Supervisor
**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor** Job Description The Industrial Maintenance Supervisor leads a team of technicians and mechanics responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial equipment and systems. This role ensures operational efficiency, safety compliance, and minimal downtime across manufacturing or production facilities. Responsibilities + Supervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance staff, including training, scheduling, and performance reviews. + Develop and enforce preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failure and extend machinery lifespan. + Oversee diagnostics and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. + Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OSHA and company safety standards. + Monitor and manage spare parts inventory, tools, and maintenance supplies. + Collaborate with other departments on facility upgrades, renovations, and equipment installations. + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance reports. + Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance equipment reliability and reduce costs.
