Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor1st shift - $90,000-$105,000

Job Description

The Maintenance Supervisor position organizes and schedules maintenance personnel, activities, and equipment to ensure that equipment is well-maintained and running smoothly. Responsibilities also include monitoring employee performance and planning daily staffing to meet workload while also supporting the Operations team regarding equipment-related issues.

Responsibilities

Schedule maintenance personnel based on production and facility needs.Develop a preventative maintenance list for all new equipment and ensure faithful and timely execution of all preventative maintenance procedures.Ensure spare parts are entered into asset management software and that critical spare parts are always on hand.Communicate directly with operations team to inform on and prioritize maintenance activities.Directly manage and develop all maintenance personnel.Perform facility maintenance when available.
