**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor** **1st shift - $90,000-$105,000** Job Description The Maintenance Supervisor position organizes and schedules maintenance personnel, activities, and equipment to ensure that equipment is well-maintained and running smoothly. Responsibilities also include monitoring employee performance and planning daily staffing to meet workload while also supporting the Operations team regarding equipment-related issues. Responsibilities + Schedule maintenance personnel based on production and facility needs. + Develop a preventative maintenance list for all new equipment and ensure faithful and timely execution of all preventative maintenance procedures. + Ensure spare parts are entered into asset management software and that critical spare parts are always on hand. + Communicate directly with operations team to inform on and prioritize maintenance activities. + Directly manage and develop all maintenance personnel. + Perform facility maintenance when available.
