Job Summary: Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a knowledgeable and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead and train a team of mechanics and technicians in both electrical and mechanical maintenance. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, safety compliance, and continuous improvement in maintenance practices through effective training and supervision.

Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily maintenance operations, including electrical and mechanical systems.Develop and deliver training programs for mechanics and technicians on equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety procedures.Lead preventive and corrective maintenance efforts to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Monitor and manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support production goals.Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to maintenance staff.Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure team adherence.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or training role.Strong expertise in electrical systems (PLC, wiring, motors) and mechanical systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors).Experience developing and delivering hands-on training.Proficiency with CMMS and maintenance documentation.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
