**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will ensure that safety rules are adhered to by both direct reports and others. You will direct and supervise Team Leaders and Maintenance Technicians in their daily assignments, coordinate preventative maintenance plans, and manage the involvement of outside contractors. **Responsibilities** + Direct and supervise Team Leaders and Maintenance Technicians in day-to-day assignments. + Ensure safety rules are followed by direct reports and others. + Coordinate preventative maintenance plans. + Coordinate and monitor outside contractors. + Coordinate progression levels through skill blocks. + Process direct report timecards in the HRIS system. + Review work performance and attendance issues. + Review maintenance work orders as needed. + Coach and counsel direct reports as required. + Act as first responder for emergency contingency plan. + Assist in corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment. + Assist in union labor relations in applicable plants. **Essential Skills** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Experience in industrial multicraft maintenance. + Knowledge of industrial plant utility systems, furnace operation, and automated systems. + Strong troubleshooting skills, including PLCs, Fanuc Robots, and Vision Systems. + Experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance. **Why Work Here?** We offer a competitive salary and a generous sign-on bonus.
