**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor** **Job Description** We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who will oversee the installation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment and machinery. This role involves supervising maintenance employees, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining associates. The Maintenance Supervisor will also coordinate maintenance of production equipment and assist in troubleshooting and repairs of electrical and mechanical CNC machines. **Responsibilities** + Supervise maintenance employees and ensure effective team management. + Select, orient, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline associates. + Oversee installation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment and machinery. + Coordinate maintenance of production equipment. + Assist in troubleshooting and repair of electrical and mechanical CNC machines. **Essential Skills** + 5 years of supervision experience - will be a hands on maintenance supervisor role + Experience in repairs of mechanical and electrical systems, including pneumatics. + Familiarity with CNC operations. + Diploma or GED. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Journeyman's certificate. + Associate's degree. + Experience in CNC repair. + Control systems experience. + Experience using PLEX. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy the benefits of working in a small, modern facility with a plant-wide financial incentive program paid out quarterly.
