**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled and hands-on professional to join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a maintenance environment. **Responsibilities** + Lead and manage a team of 5 technicians across 3 shifts. + Report directly to the Director of Operations. + Perform and oversee electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks. + Implement and maintain daily maintenance checklists. + Ensure accurate documentation of OEM maintenance schedules. + Manage and sustain a working capital budget for equipment and facilities. **Essential Skills** + Proven leadership experience in a maintenance setting. + Strong hands-on technical skills in both electrical and mechanical systems. + Excellent organizational and documentation abilities. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with preventive maintenance. + Troubleshooting skills. + Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. + Experience with Printing Press, Ink Jet, and Flexographic Printing Equipment. + Digital printing equipment maintenance expertise. + Budget management experience is a plus. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Lewisburg, Tennessee. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr. They offer a competitive benefits package of medical dental and vision benefits. They also offer PTO and Sick time which starts day one.
