**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor | 1st shift (6:30a-4pm M-F) | $70,000-$90,000**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team on the first shift from 6:30 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday, in Columbiana, OH. This role involves overseeing a team of six within the maintenance department, ensuring efficient scheduling, delegating tasks, and conducting preventive maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance, installation, replacement, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment and components, with a focus on electrical systems.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee and manage the maintenance department team, ensuring effective scheduling and delegation of tasks.
+ Conduct preventive maintenance and training sessions for team members.
+ Order necessary parts for maintenance and repairs.
+ Perform maintenance, installation, replacement, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment, with an emphasis on electrical systems.
+ Handle 480v and 3-phase motor installations, repairs, and troubleshooting.
+ Demonstrate strong PLC troubleshooting skills, as well as expertise in VFDs and HMIs.
+ Install various components from light curtains to industrial machines, including hydraulic presses, washers, and robotics.
+ Read and interpret electrical schematics.
+ Conduct mechanical stripping and rebuilding of machinery.
+ Perform hydraulic and pneumatic repairs.
+ Collaborate with the industrial networks and machine shop team.
+ Utilize robotic experience, particularly with Fanuc or Kuka, in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance.
**Essential Skills**
+ 7+ years of electrical maintenance and management experience in an industrial setting.
+ Proficient in PLC troubleshooting, repair, and programming.
+ Strong knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
+ Experience in management, including scheduling, leadership, delegation, and disciplinary actions.
+ Expertise in preventative and corrective maintenance.
+ Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
+ Electrical troubleshooting abilities, including working with 480v and 3-phase systems.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 4+ years in management within manufacturing.
+ 6+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
+ Experience with PLCs and VFDs, particularly in troubleshooting.
+ Knowledge of automation or robotics, such as Fanuc.
+ Strong mechanical skillset, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and mobile equipment repair.
+ Experience in industrial automation and control systems.

Join a large family-owned company founded in 1952, specializing in heavy industrial manufacturing. Our facility is clean, safe, and organized, although it is non-climate controlled. We are a leading manufacturer of pressure vessel tank heads for various applications, including propane tanks and water storage, utilizing mechanical and hydraulic presses with capacities up to 2,600 tons.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/hr.
