**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor | 70K-$80/YR PLUS OT | Direct Hire** **Job Description** The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of maintenance technicians, focusing on leadership. The role requires organizational skills for data entry and collection regarding machine repairs, parts orders, and preventative maintenance schedules. Experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting is essential to guide and lead technicians. **Responsibilities** + Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians. + Organize data entry and collection for machine repairs and parts orders. + Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules. + Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to guide technicians. + Collaborate with engineering, management, and production teams. + Oversee maintenance of hydraulics, robotics, mechanical systems, electrical components, and PLCs. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 3-5 years experience in maintenance supervision. + Experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems. + Knowledge of 24v, 110v, and 480v electrical systems. + Automotive industry experience preferred. + Ability to work 50+ hours a week, including weekends. + Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, CMMS, and documentation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Fanuc robots experience. + Conveyor maintenance expertise. + Proficiency in pneumatic and hydraulic systems. + Journeyman certification preferred. + Experience in MIG and stick welding. + Knowledge of machine installation, sensors, motors, hydraulic pumps, and ARC Flash. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy three weeks of vacation time and OT pay.
