Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor within the automotive CNC industry. The supervisor will be responsible for leading the maintenance team to ensure timely repair and preventative maintenance on CNC machinery.

ResponsibilitiesWork hands-on with the maintenance team to perform timely repairs and preventative maintenance on CNC machinery.Supervise and manage the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to attendance and disciplinary actions.Track and manage time within the Kronos system or other timekeeping software.Conduct electrical troubleshooting up to 480v, involving motors, sensors, and switches.Perform mechanical troubleshooting of hydraulic and pneumatic lines.Utilize maintenance software to track preventive maintenance activities and identify key performance indicators.Essential Skills5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a maintenance environment.3+ years of CNC maintenance repair experience.Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting up to 480v.Mechanical troubleshooting skills, especially with hydraulic and pneumatic lines.Experience with maintenance software for tracking preventive maintenance.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in supervision and maintenance management.Experience in PLC troubleshooting.Skilled in CNC mill maintenance.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $115000.00/yr.

Employees will be offered company benefits like 401k and health insurance when direct with American Axle
