Job Description
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a hands-on role in a food and beverage manufacturing environment. You will be tasked with developing technicians and ensuring that food manufacturing lines are running smoothly while performing preventative maintenance. This position requires overseeing manufacturing activities in an assigned area of the food production plant and supervising a team of 8-12 technicians on the second shift.

Work Environment
Supervise a team of 3-6 technicians across first, second, and third shifts in a maintenance setting. The role requires wearing steel-toed boots and operating from Monday to Friday, with occasional work on Saturdays (2-3 per year).

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
