How you will make contributions that matter

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Allansford, VIC. Reporting to the Reliability Lead, you will act as the subject matter expert for reliability within your production stream—overseeing daily maintenance activities and driving reliability, performance, and continuous improvement at one of Australia’s leading dairy manufacturers.

Lead and mentor a team of tradespeople and a planner, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.Supervise internal trades and contractors to execute preventative and corrective maintenance.Oversee stream planning, cost reporting, and budget forecasting.Develop strong relationships with production supervisors and support services to maintain and improve plant reliability.Drive change through CI programs, directed from both senior management and from own initiative.Support capital project readiness and liaise with the reliability team on upgrades and improvements.Maintain SAP data integrity and support CMMS workflows.Ensure compliance with WHS policies and promote a “Safety First” culture.

About you

A trade qualification (mechanical or electrical) or tertiary qualification in engineering.Extensive experience in a maintenance or reliability role within FMCG, or a similar industrial environment.Strong leadership and team coordination skills.A strong advocate for change in reliability systems.Experience with SAP CMMS is desirable and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.A proactive, can-do attitude with strong time management and attention to detail.
