Maintenance Supervisor
Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting issues, repairing failures of production and facilities equipment, and ensuring maximum equipment efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability. You will be responsible for repairing and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment, including engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, and production machines.

ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair failures of production and facilities equipment.Repair and maintain engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, and production machines.Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, referencing blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs.Work directly with production associates and management to solve and correct production issues to ensure maximum production efficiencies.Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical components.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in maintenance supervision.Ability to work collaboratively with production associates and management.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Our facility is climate controlled and follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). We house a variety of machinery such as conveyors, Fanuc robotic arms, cardboard box making machines, plastic wrapping machines, and palletizers. We offer a 2-2-3 slide shift schedule with day and night shifts available:


Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72280.00 - $83200.00/yr.
