**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor** **Job Description** The Maintenance Supervisor will primarily be responsible for training and supervising a team, while also engaging in hands-on tasks on the floor. An automotive background is preferred, but not required for this role. **Responsibilities** + Train and supervise maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations. + Engage in hands-on maintenance tasks as needed on the floor. + Utilize electrical and mechanical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues. + Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintained. + Effectively manage maintenance schedules and reporting. **Essential Skills** + Strong electrical and mechanical skills. + Experience in maintenance management and supervision. + Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. + Excellent leadership and supervisory skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems). + Proficiency in scheduling and reporting. **Why Work Here?** This role offers a direct placement in a leadership position with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, and some on-call responsibilities.
