Our client, a leading Auto-parts manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor 5, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations.
**Job Title:** Maintenance Supervisor 5
**Location:** Bedford, IN
**Pay Range:** $40-$44 per hr
REQUIRES SOMEONE WHO CAN WORK ROTATION SHIFT.
**What's the Job?**
+ Establish, implement, and maintain long-term plans for maintenance activities to improve operational efficiency.
+ Diagnose equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and initiate corrective actions promptly.
+ Supervise construction and maintenance projects ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
+ Support plant safety initiatives, enforce housekeeping standards, and promote a safe work environment.
+ Train, develop, and evaluate maintenance personnel to foster continuous improvement.
**What's Needed?**
+ Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
+ Ability to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings accurately.
+ Knowledge of mechanical and electrical concepts relevant to manufacturing environments.
+ Experience supervising multi-trade workforce and managing maintenance projects.
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
