Manpower Engineering is partnering with a global automotive manufacturing company that is currently hiring for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead their 2nd shift operations. Direct/perm hire, salaried position. **Job Title: 2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor** **Location: Romulus, MI** **Pay Range: $75,000-$85,000+, OT & Annual Bonus** **Job Summary** You will coordinate skilled trades’ resources daily to assure plant production and facilities are kept in good operating conditions meeting plant safety, quality and efficiency requirements. Inspecting equipment, performing preventive/predictive maintenance, assigning tasks, setting schedules, supervising repairs, and enforcing work rules and safety policies.
