Manpower Engineering is partnering with a global automotive manufacturing company that is currently hiring for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead their 2nd shift operations. Direct/perm hire, salaried position.
**Job Title: 2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor**
**Location: Romulus, MI**
**Pay Range: $75,000-$85,000+, OT & Annual Bonus**
**Job Summary**
You will coordinate skilled trades’ resources daily to assure plant production and facilities are kept in good operating conditions meeting plant safety, quality and efficiency requirements. Inspecting equipment, performing preventive/predictive maintenance, assigning tasks, setting schedules, supervising repairs, and enforcing work rules and safety policies. Oversee and coordinate the trades personnel who maintain and repair; mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, tooling and other manufacturing equipment and building systems.
**What’s Needed?**
+ Minimum of 5 years’ automotive industry experience
+ Minimum of 5 years’ of hands-on in equipment/machinery maintenance experience
+ Experience leading Union/UAW employees
