We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Superintendent to oversee the maintenance of a facility in Lincroft, NJ. This role involves supervising staff, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring the operational efficiency of mechanical systems through preventive and remedial repairs. Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with contractors.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems.Ensure operational efficiency of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.Conduct mechanical repairs, electrical troubleshooting, and structural repairs.Diagnose equipment issues using power and hand tools.Perform safety inspections and maintain accurate maintenance logs.Manage work orders and order necessary parts.Essential Skills:Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.Experience with preventive maintenance and equipment diagnostics.Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry systems.Ability to perform wiring installation and machinery maintenance.Strong organizational and communication skills.Why Work Here?
