The Maintenance Specialist I performs general maintenance, grounds maintenance, repairs, security rounds, monitoring, inspecting, transportation service and preventive maintenance, assist with installations/ repairs and renovations, to provide continuous services and a safe environment that is efficient and effective operation for the buildings throughout the campus. Qualifications for Maintenance Specialist I: + High school diploma or general education degree (GED). + Valid driver's license.
