**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Mobile Technician, you will inspect, repair, replace, install, wire, adjust, and maintain all equipment for assigned location(s) eg: Warehouses.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
**What You'll Do:**
• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Assign work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect new installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
• Troubleshoot difficult equipment failures and identify the best course of action for equipment modifications.
• Manage HVAC stock levels for materials, supplies, and component needs on hand.
• Inspect and perform ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small to medium electric or pneumatic control systems used for building. This includes heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify the best course of action for equipment modifications.
• Impact through clearly defined duties, and methods and tasks are described in detail
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures/processes under close supervision and guidance
• Follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work
• Escort vendors as needed
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. • Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
**About You :**
+ High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 3-5 years of job-related experience. A combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a diploma. Valid driver's license and completion of an apprenticeship required.
+ Thermographic scanning experience (Preferred)
+ Having own transport to carry out daily work responsibilities.
+ Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more
+ Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work
+ Communication skills to exchange straightforward information
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
