Teamed with our Site Technical Leader, the Maintenance Reliability Sr Analyst/Specialist will have the responsibility of owning and executing the sites Asset Care and Reliability pillar using Operation Excellence methodology. This person needs to have a strong technical background, able to answer the “why won’t this happen again” question, have Continuous Improvement as a personal core value, understand and develop asset care strategies, and component failure analysis. They also need to have experience with CMMS and budget tools preferably SAP. This role will support and coach our 90-day plan process across the Maintenance department, building strategy to create and sustain reliability and budgetary gains across the plant with a top loss approach and drive the execution of the sites 3-year reliability roadmap.
What you will do…
30% - Responsible for the execution of the Maintenance department’s 90-day plan utilizing ACR methodology, reliability data, coaching, and tracking of results. 20% - Develops a competent and efficient Maintenance Department workforce. Assures personnel have the training, tools, supplies, and materials required for performing maintenance services. 30% - Strategic Planning - Develops, recommends, and reviews long-term strategies for expense and capital initiatives relating to the Maintenance Department and the successful operation of the plant. 20% - Driving and owning the failure analysis process across the Maintenance department.Who you will work with…

High school diploma or GED2 + years of technical experience within manufacturingIt would be great to have…
Bachelor's degree: Engineering degree strongly preferred.Preferred qualification: CMRP, PMP, or RCA certificationsPreferred experience: SAP CMMS, RCFA, ACR, OPEX, Microsoft Systems (Excel, Projects, Power point)Superior listening skillsProcess minded problem-solving skillsExperience in a plant production environment, preferably, food processing or pharmaceuticalStrong people and relationship management skills with the ability to direct and lead others to deliver resultsExperience with preventative and predictive maintenanceWorking knowledge of SAPStrong analytical skillsExperience and passion for introducing new techniques and technology’s Excellent planning and organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities/assignmentsGood communication and presentation skillsWillingness to work off-shifts, weekends and holidays as neededCompensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$72,600-$104,400
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
