Maintenance Planning Coordinator

**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Maintenance Planning Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping building operations running smoothly by supporting our engineering and facilities teams. In this position, you’ll work closely with technicians, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure maintenance activities are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
You will manage and prioritize the daily workflow for a team of facilities technicians and engineers—coordinating assignments, dispatching resources, and overseeing progress throughout the building. As the lead for the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), you will ensure work orders are properly created, tracked, and completed.
This is a Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM role.
This position is part of our Engineering & Technical Services function, which is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and repairing building equipment and critical systems to provide reliable, high-quality facility experience.
**What You’ll Do:**
Support Critical Facility Manager with maintenance and asset planning
Manage work orders, preventative maintenance schedules, and asset records
Coordinate technicians and engineers daily work
Maintain 52-week maintenance plans and lifecycle maintenance data
Track service reports, documentation, and asset updates
Promote safety culture and report hazards, near misses, and incidents
Maintain tenant billback logs
Determine that work is complete, equipment is fully functional and client space is in prime working condition. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
**What You’ll Need:**
• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Working knowledge of a computerized work order system would be beneficial
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position $25.50 per hour and the maximum salary for the position is or $30.50 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
