Job Title: Maintenance Planner
Job Description
The maintenance planner position is designed to support the maintenance department across all divisions. This role involves building new preventive and predictive maintenance documents, modifying and correcting existing ones, and assisting in planning daily maintenance tasks as required by the plant. Additionally, the planner will schedule preventive maintenance tasks necessary for the production equipment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all preventive maintenance tasks within the plants.Create, modify, and store preventive maintenance documentation for the facility and all plant equipment.Coordinate material and labor orders for special projects, Preventative Maintenance (PMs), and Predictive Maintenance (PDM) tasks.Work with outside contractors to support plant facility management and large projects.Contribute to capital project planning.Coordinate required work during plant shutdown periods.Support and contribute to the maintenance CMMS system.Update plant PM documentation, user manuals, and work instructions.Maintain constant communication with team members about day-to-day PM & PDM tasks.Continuously manage inventory of supplies for maintenance department PM tasks.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Advocate for safety within the maintenance department, setting good examples and promoting safe work practices.Follow and comply with all Operational Procedures and Policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook.Perform all other duties as required.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The position is scheduled for a 1st shift, from 6 am to 4 pm. The work environment requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, and handle objects. Occasionally, employees may lift up to 35 pounds and be exposed to non-toxic fumes or dust. The workplace is well-lit, and while noise levels are typically minimal, exposure to higher decibels may occur. Employees may occasionally work in temperatures below 55 degrees or above 100 degrees, and must be able to focus under various vision conditions.
