**Maintenance Planner** **$75,000 - $83,000 + 10% bonus | Indianapolis, IN** **Responsibilities** + Develop, prioritize, and maintain maintenance schedules. + Identify and secure materials, tools, and manpower for maintenance tasks. + Use the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance history. + Create and manage purchase order requests through Microsoft GP. + Maintain accurate MRO inventory and organize the parts room. + Prepare and distribute maintenance performance reports. + Communicate equipment issues to operations and management teams promptly. + Support continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance planning and reliability. + Ensure compliance with company safety policies and applicable food safety standards. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 3 years of maintenance planning experience in a production environment. + At least 3 years of MRO inventory management experience. + Proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite. + Knowledge of food or chemical processing environments and GMPs. + Familiarity with food safety programs such as SQF and Kosher. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Associate's degree or technical training in maintenance, engineering, or related field. + Hands-on experience with batch and continuous processing systems. + Experience in production planning, purchasing, and supply chain processes. **Why Work Here?** + Join a growing company that is continually investing in new equipment and automation. + Enjoy a clean working environment and receive competitive health, dental, and vision benefits.
