Maintenance Planner
**Job Title: Maintenance Planner** **Job Description** Join our team as a Maintenance Planner, where you will play a crucial role in developing and managing work orders and maintenance schedules to optimize asset availability. You will act as a liaison, ensuring effective communication and coordination between production, maintenance, and engineering teams. **Responsibilities** + Create, review, and manage detailed work orders, including scope, labor estimates, parts lists, and procedures, using the CMMS. + Develop daily, weekly, and shutdown maintenance schedules, coordinating downtime with production to optimize asset availability. + Secure and allocate necessary parts, tools, contractors, and skilled personnel for planned tasks. + Analyze maintenance history, equipment performance, and failure data to identify root causes and develop permanent corrective actions or new preventive maintenance measures. + Act as a bridge between production, maintenance, and engineering teams, resolving conflicts and ensuring alignment. + Identify opportunities to improve maintenance strategies, processes, and reliability using methodologies like Six Sigma or RCM. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience in maintenance planning. + Proficiency in maintenance planning software, including CMMS and SAP. + Strong communication skills. + Experience with ordering and allocating parts. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Knowledge of schedule planning and maintenance strategies. + Experience in parts ordering and supply chain management. **Why Work Here?** We offer a dynamic work environment that values continuous improvement and innovation.
