SAP experiencedesirable but notrequired. **What** **you’ll** **do** + Analyzes work orders by size,maintenance teamabilities, location, complexity, and available staff; andassistoperations teams by issuing work orders in a sequential flow to individual technicians or work teams. Coordinates the engagement and direction ofappropriate subcontractors. + Will work closely with Technicians to stage materials, permits, subcontractors, tools, andotherresources necessary toaccomplishthe work in the most productive manner possible. + Develop,maintainand distributeworkflowprocesses to the entire account team detailing how work is planned,scheduledand implemented. + Works with management team tooptimizethe mixesofplanned and scheduled work, scheduled (but not planned) work, and unscheduled work. + Provides regular statistical reporting to the management team and client showing quantities evidence of the productive use of theworkforce. + Interact with internal customers toidentifynew master data and changes to existing master data and implement and updates in SAP CMMS System. Work along with reliability engineers, equipment owners & vendors in crafting maintenance plans, task lists and functional location/equipment master data in CMMS. Participate in inventory audits,compliesandsubmitsaudit data to supervisor/warehouse lead  **What** **you’ll** **need** High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Required. Minimum of four years of related experience and/or training. Open to junior-level candidates who can learnquicklyand have a desire to grow in Facilities / Project Management. The minimum salary for the Maintenance Planner position is $85,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Maintenance Planner position is $97,250 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
