What's in it for you? + **$68,000 - $72,000** + **6pm - 6am Overtime and Overtime pay available** + Paid training + Full time hours + Clean and safe work environment + **Opportunity for growth, on public transportation** What will you be doing? + Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and robotic systems. + Support production in assembly areas to ensure minimal downtime and efficient operation. + Maintain, modify, and install equipment to meet NEC, OSHA, RIA, and company standards. + Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, including inspections and documentation. + Maintain integrity of safety devices including light curtains, safety gates, and barriers. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement improvements. + Train operators and team members on proper equipment use and controls. + Ensure proper housekeeping (5S) and safe work practices at all times. What do you bring? + Fanuc robotic troubleshooting and programming. + Allen Bradley RSLogix 500, PLCs, and ladder logic programming. + 24V DC troubleshooting and motor control systems. + Variable frequency drives (VFDs) setup and maintenance. + Proximity, laser, limit, and pressure switch troubleshooting. + Pneumatics, hydraulics, tool handling, and mechanical press line maintenance. + Blueprint and schematic reading.
