Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Brownsburg, Indiana

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Shift: 1st Shift or 2nd Shift (2-2-3)

Job Responsibilities:Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery, tools, and production equipment.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Assist in the installation of new equipment and modifications to existing machinery.Conduct regular inspections to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety protocols at all times.Work collaboratively with team members to ensure continuous improvement in plant operations.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or related field.Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.Experience with welding and fabrication is a plus.Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various industrial conditions.Benefits:Competitive salary ($65,000 - $75,000/year).Health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) retirement plan with company match.Paid time off and holiday pay.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $74880.00/yr.
