The team at Hadady, LLC pioneered complex engine fabrications and has continued evolving into a vertically-integrated business that provides its customers with products that few can replicate.** **A Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for preventive and reactive maintenance on facilities, equipment, systems and machines within the plant** **Responsibilities:** + Maintain production equipment and machines + Perform preventive, corrective and scheduled maintenance on machines and equipment + Familiar with CNC controls + Troubleshoot problems and identify potential solutions + Completes work orders as assigned by Maintenance Manager using Maintenance Work Order Database + Coordinate with vendors and technicians for repairs and installations **Requirements:** + High School Diploma or equivalent + 1 or more years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably within a machine shop + Familiar with hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems + Ability to stand for prolonged periods + Ability to perform repetitive operations + Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. **Successful candidate will be able to demonstrate these skillsets:** + Blueprint reading experience + Ability to work as part of a team and undergo cross-training + Effective communications skills **_* Hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.
