**Job Title: HVAC Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in manufacturing plants and offices. You will ensure that systems are running efficiently and reliably, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform initial installation and start-up of complete HVAC systems, including components, electrical controls, and ducting.
+ Assist in the design, modification, installation, and preventive/predictive maintenance planning.
+ Participate as a member of the Emergency Response Team.
+ Monitor HVAC systems and operations, ensuring routine preventative maintenance is performed according to established schedules.
+ Diagnose HVAC systems and make necessary repairs.
+ Repair or replace system components such as valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring fans, pumps, compressors, piping, and other functional components.
+ Conduct maintenance tasks within other disciplines, including electrical malfunctions, assembly, installation, and repair of machines, pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and sewer systems.
+ Perform alterations, repairs, and maintenance of buildings, floors, roofs, stairways, partitions, doors, windows, screens, scaffolding forms, wood fixtures, and furniture.
+ Report suspected and confirmed problems relating to equipment, utilities, structures, and grounds to the immediate supervisor.
+ Input maintenance and repair actions into equipment logs.
**Essential Skills**
+ Advanced technical skills and knowledge in HVAC systems.
+ Competence in electrical and general mechanical maintenance disciplines.
+ Ability to use safety equipment as required by Title 29 CFR 1910, all parts.
+ Current and valid required state and city licenses.
+ Possession of a valid State of Oklahoma Driver License.
+ Proficiency in using basic hand tools.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Minimum 2 Year / Associate Degree or Technical School.
+ 4 - 7 years of HVAC maintenance experience.

**Work Environment**
This position requires physical activity, including frequent walking, use of hands, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. You will be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and outside weather conditions. The noise level can vary from loud to moderate. The role may require travel between facilities and the ability to ascend and descend stairs.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $70720.00/yr.
