Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician
Job Description
This role focuses on the repair and preventive maintenance of various production and laboratory instruments, machines, and equipment within a drug and medical device manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pharmaceutical manufacturing and lab equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and utility system issues during overnight operationsSupport equipment reliability and uptime in a cGMP-regulated, ISO-classified cleanroom environmentConduct repairs in aseptic cleanrooms with strict adherence to GMP protocolsMaintain and troubleshoot aseptic filling lines, including BTC (bottle tip cap), cartridge, and syringe systemsAccurately document maintenance activities in CMMSProvide mechanical and electrical support for production systems and facility infrastructureRequired Experience
4+ years in industrial, manufacturing, or plant maintenanceStrong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systemsExperience with AC/DC electrical systemsAbility to work independently overnightComfortable working in a cGMP pharmaceutical or medical device environmentPreferred Experience
Autoclaves, steam systems, RO/WFI water systems, HVACHands-on experience with aseptic filling equipment (BTC, cartridge, syringe lines)Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturingWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing environment that adheres to GMP standards. The facility operates on a 1st shift from 6 am to 2:30 pm and a 3rd shift from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am, with overtime available on Saturdays.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.00 - $38.00/hr.
