We are looking for skilled Maintenance Mechanics on a 3rd shift at a food production company in White City to perform routine equipment and facility repairs while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards!

Temp-to-Hire position$22.00 to $25.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredThird Shift (Sunday through Saturday from 10:00pm to 06:30am)Perform routine repairs and maintenance on equipment and facilities.Minimize production downtime by responding quickly to mechanical issues.Conduct preventative maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments.Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with guidance from supervisors.Assist with installing, relocating, and setting up equipment (air, water, electrical).Maintenance Mechanic Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required, additional technical training is a plus.Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and practices in mechanical repair.Basic carpentry and electrical skills and ability to learn equipment setup/changeovers.Willingness to work overtime during peak season or as business needs arise.Ability and knowledge of welding is requiredProficient with a wide variety of hand and power tools.Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and work instructions.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to complete basic math, algebra, and geometry calculations.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
