**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** **Job Description** The role involves maintaining GMP standards, excellent housekeeping practices, and operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting equipment to ensure optimal performance. **Responsibilities** + Maintain GMP standards and excellent housekeeping practices. + Operate, monitor, and perform minor troubleshooting of equipment for optimal performance. + Diagnose and resolve technical problems. + Troubleshoot and maintain packaging equipment. + Repair and maintain equipment using schematics and blueprints. + Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical and hydraulic systems. **Essential Skills** + High School Diploma or GED. + 5 years of maintenance or millwright experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment. + Graduation from a Technical/Trade School or completion of an apprenticeship program. + Knowledge and skills equivalent to two years of experience in a manufacturing environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with schematic, blueprint, and hydraulic systems. + Ability to troubleshoot and maintain mechanical equipment. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values your contribution and offers a rewarding work-life balance. The role requires navigating the production floor, which may have variable temperatures and dust particulates. It involves prolonged standing and walking, as well as bending, stooping, climbing, and crouching.
