Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce the likelihood of unexpected failures. Diagnose mechanical, low voltage electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime. Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment, ensuring proper operation and safety compliance. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance in conformance with auditing standards. Navigate, maintain, and improve Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) processes.

Work EnvironmentWork in an automotive manufacturing environment where tools are provided. Participate in an annual fit test, with a requirement to be clean-shaven. The shift schedule is 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with a rotating schedule of 3 days on, 4 days off, 4 days on, and 4 days off. A night shift differential is offered once officially moved to the schedule.
