Maintenance Mechanic
Job Title: Maintenance MechanicJob Description

We are seeking two Industrial Maintenance Technicians for our night shift, which follows a 2-2-3 schedule from 7pm to 7am. This role involves a combination of mechanical and electrical duties, focusing primarily on maintenance tasks for blow molding equipment, conveyor lines, airveyers, and belt systems.

ResponsibilitiesPerform 60% mechanical and 40% electrical maintenance duties.Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment including motors, pneumatics, hydraulics, valves, and bearings.Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480v, including single and three phase systems, sensors, lights, and control circuits.Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.Perform general building maintenance tasks, such as changing light sockets and plumbing.Some MIG and stick welding and fabrication experience is a plus.Essential SkillsProficiency in mechanical troubleshooting and repair.Experience with electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.Ability to conduct PLC troubleshooting.Knowledge of machine repair, motors, plastics, and hydraulics.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in reading blueprints and schematics.Basic welding and fabrication skills are advantageous.Prior experience in a similar industrial maintenance role is preferred.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.80 - $30.80/hr.
