This hands-on role keeps our production lines alive, humming, and happy—and when something breaks, you’re the hero who brings it back to life (cape optional). You’ll spend your days tinkering, tightening, and troubleshooting everything from shafts and bushings to gearboxes and belts. It’s fast-paced, cold, and occasionally noisy—but it’s never boring. Around here, teamwork, quick thinking, and a sense of humor are just as important as your toolbox. What You’ll Be Doing: + Performing preventive maintenance and repairs that keep the wheels turning (literally). + Following LOTO, EHS, Food Safety, SQF, and HACCP procedures—because safety and snacks go hand in hand. + Diagnosing breakdowns like a mechanical detective and fixing them before anyone panics. + Keeping things clean, organized, and running smoother than a freshly lubed bearing. + Helping out wherever needed—because we’re all in this together. What We’re Looking For: You’ve got 0–3 years of mechanical experience or the kind of curiosity that makes you take stuff apart just to see how it works. You can follow directions, think on your feet, and stay cool under pressure (even when the temperature isn’t). You’re reliable, detail-oriented, and you don’t mind a little noise—or a lot of grease. Pay starts at $18–$25 per hour, depending on experience, with room to grow and learn.
