**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic**
Job Description
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance and repair of equipment, tools, and machinery, including the 'Tiger' machine. You will be expected to conduct repairs and adjustments to machinery, assist in dismantling machinery for repair or replacement of defective components, and operate various shop tools and machines.
Responsibilities
+ Make repairs and adjustments to machinery and assist in dismantling all or parts of machinery to repair or replace defective components.
+ Operate shop tools, equipment, and machines related to maintenance as skill level permits.
+ Assist in electrical projects and perform minor electrical repairs.
+ Assist in pipe fitting tasks and perform some installation tasks unassisted.
+ Perform certain portions of repairs to power industrial equipment and assist in rebuilding related equipment.
+ Assist in the installation of new plant equipment.
+ Improve the reliability and operating efficiency of plant equipment.
+ Conduct preventive maintenance tasks in a timely manner to ensure efficient and safe equipment operation.
+ Support site housekeeping and safety programs by maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
+ Participate in the completion of other related tasks and duties as directed or needed.
Essential Skills
+ Knowledge of conveyors, chain, roller, and gravity.
+ Experience with PLC/Drive troubleshooting and ladder logic troubleshooting.
+ Understanding of hydraulic hoses, 3 phase motors, and various valves.
+ Familiarity with aggregate systems and using multimeters.
+ Ability to work with conveyor belts.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
