Job Description
The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for assisting in the repair of machinery throughout the facility. They will perform installations, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and respond to maintenance calls.
Responsibilities
Repair and maintain conveyors, heat sealers, dryer systems, and shaker systems.Work with HMI's, pumps, pneumatics, PLC's, and electrical systems up to 480V.Perform installations and preventative maintenance tasks.Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.Essential Skills
Proficiency in hydraulics, troubleshooting, and mechanical aptitude.Ability to solve problems effectively.Experience with hand and power tools.Knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance repair.Additional Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of prior industrial maintenance experience is required.Experience with mechanical systems such as hydraulics, pumps, conveyors, and bearings.Comfortable using HMIs, PLCs, and working with high voltage equipment.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a 3,2,2 shift pattern with day shifts from 7am to 7pm or night shifts from 7pm to 7am. Initial training will occur on the first shift for six weeks. The environment is hot and dusty, which may be suitable for those with a experience in farming or outdoor work.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Springfield, Kentucky.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
