**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** **1st & 2nd shift - $28-$35/HR** Job Description We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician with excellent attention to detail. Our ideal candidate will have experience in repairing manufacturing machinery. Overtime hours are always available. Responsibilities + Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance tasks and answering trouble calls. + Troubleshoot problems with the use of schematics and wiring diagrams on motor and heater circuits ranging from low voltage to 480v three phase. + Remove and replace defective parts from equipment using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools. + Communicate effectively with the shift supervisor to prioritize repairs. + Make entries to the maintenance log explaining problems encountered, repairs made, and parts used or needed. + Keep company tools organized and in working order. + Fabricate repair parts, machine guarding, mezzanines, etc., using shop equipment such as welders, plasma cutters, torches, and grinders. Essential Skills + 3+ years of maintenance experience on equipment. + Experience focused on electrical maintenance, or willingness to take electrical classes. + Proficiency in maintenance management, repair, and supervision. + Ability to troubleshoot using schematics, mechanical, and electrical skills.
