This role is a full-time, long-term role, we are looking for career oriented candidates! This role is 1st shift, M-F.
Responsibilities
Maintaining and repairing our facility's boiler and steam systems, ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and safely.Utilize computer programs for managing work orders, time sheets, parts requests, and scheduled preventative maintenance.Understand and use the equipment numbering system effectively.Read and perform measurements using control equipment and testing instruments such as weight scales and boiler controls.Conduct lab and chemical tests for boiler water treatment.Complete production reports indicating boiler performance.Learn and maintain the complete steam system, including unit heaters, fire sprinkler valves, and fire pump systems.Clean and service boilers and steam lines during summer months for inspection before the heating season.Essential Skills
Proficiency in boiler operations and maintenance.Experience with hydraulics, electrical systems, and troubleshooting.Ability to perform mathematical operations using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.Knowledge of schematics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.Possession of a Low Pressure 2nd Class C Boiler License is required.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $31.00/hr.
