Benefits start on Day 1 (Full medical, dental and vision coverage – very competitive benefits and multiple options. You can get full copy during interview) - $300 tool stipend each year - All uniforms and PPE are provide by company, including prescription safety glasses - Free clinic onsite for check ups or any issues that happen during the day - Quarterly bonus up to 10% of what they have made in total that quarter. This is based on company profitability. They currently are averaging 4-6% per quarter o Quarter bonus is tied to attendance. - HUGE on promoting from within.
