Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to ensure the proper functioning of machinery and mechanical equipment through effective preventive maintenance.
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance.Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.Dismantle machinery and remove/replace defective parts.Determine changes in requirements of parts by inspecting and measuring various instruments.Troubleshoot CNC controls, modules, servo drives, and components.Maintain inventories of equipment parts and supplies by checking stock and placing orders.Train production workers on routine preventive maintenance procedures.Prepare maintenance reports.Lift and move heavy parts and equipment, up to 50 lbs.Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Essential Skills
Proficiency in maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment.Experience with PLCs, CNC controls, modules, servo drives, and component troubleshooting.Ability to read blueprints.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to provide own tools.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in preventive maintenance and working in an industrial setting.Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
