**Description** 📋 Job Summary Arnet Pharmaceutical is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic with hands-on experience in FETTE and BOSCH machinery. The ideal candidate will possess strong electromechanical skills and a solid understanding of pharmaceutical compression systems. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our production equipment. 🔧 Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on FETTE and BOSCH compression machines. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues across production equipment. Maintain and repair electromechanical systems, including motors, sensors, and control panels. Apply LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures to ensure safe maintenance practices. Collaborate with production and quality teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance. Document maintenance activities and update equipment logs using Microsoft tools. Support installation and commissioning of new equipment as needed. 🎓 Qualifications High school diploma or technical certification in electromechanics or industrial maintenance. Minimum 3 years of experience working with FETTE and/or BOSCH pharmaceutical machinery. Strong knowledge of: Electromechanics Compression systems Electronic components LOTO procedures Troubleshooting techniques Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and SOPs. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. ✅ Preferred Skills Experience in a GMP-regulated environment. Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
