Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic who is dedicated to maintaining equipment in optimal working condition, ensuring compliance with all GMP, safety, and professional quality standards. The role involves inspecting, maintaining, repairing, rebuilding, and modifying equipment, facilities, and related systems.
Responsibilities
Maintain equipment in a state of readiness, adhering to all GMP, safety, and professional quality standards.Inspect, maintain, repair, rebuild, and modify equipment and facilities as directed.Repair equipment parts causing breakdowns in plant facilities, replacing only if necessary.Troubleshoot recurring breakdowns, recommend procedure changes, and determine root causes using testing equipment and diagnostic skills.Instruct equipment operators to prevent machine or system damage.Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment remains in sound working condition.Assist with facility repairs and maintenance as needed.Maintain thorough documentation of all work performed using maintenance management software.Support machine setups and changeovers as needed.Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times, following Good Manufacturing Practices.Essential Skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $33.00/hr.
