We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Maintenance Technician to support our daily production operations. This role is ideal for individuals with a mechanical aptitude and a passion for troubleshooting and equipment repair. Youāll play a key role in ensuring our machinery and systems run smoothly and efficiently to meet operational goals.
š§ Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to equipment breakdowns and assist with daily production needsPerform mechanical and electrical repairs on all production machinery and equipmentMaintain equipment in accordance with OEM manuals and preventive maintenance (PM) programsSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and uptimeš§ Core Skills & ExpertiseMechanical repair and troubleshootingReading and interpreting schematicsPreventive maintenance proceduresHydraulics and pneumatics systemsAir compressors, chains, bearingsā Preferred QualificationsBilingual (Spanish/English)Welding and fabrication experience (MIG, Stick)Working knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)Experience troubleshooting PLCs (limited to two machines in the facility)Familiarity with forklift maintenance (propane and industrial)Ability to read manuals and troubleshoot air compressor issues (e.g., coils, temperature control)Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
