Job Description
Join our precision metal fabrication facility as a Maintenance Mechanic, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the aerospace and defense industries. Utilize your expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, and electrical systems to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
ResponsibilitiesRepair and maintain production and building equipment such as Amada Brake Press, Punch Press, Etching Equipment, High-Temperature Equipment, and AC/DC motors.Inspect and service electric and electronic controls, circuits, and panels.Perform carpentry and related work involved in maintaining the building.Disassemble equipment, select repair procedures, and repair or replace worn or defective parts.Utilize hand and power tools effectively.Handle waste management including 55-gallon drums, inspection, and movement.Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment.Essential SkillsProficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.Experience with maintenance repair and industrial maintenance.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma.5-10 years of maintenance mechanic experience.Familiarity with Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.Forklift driving experience.Chemical knowledge.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a dynamic manufacturing metals environment equipped with older machinery that can become very hot at times. This role requires adaptability and resilience in handling heavy equipment and industrial tasks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
